Surrender of certificate.—Every retirement adviser who ceases to carry on the advising of subscribers shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controlling Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every claim held by him has been disposed of.
