Surrender of certificate.—Every facility management agency who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a housing complex shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every project held by him has been disposed of.
