Application for registration.—Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every occupancy certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
