Application for registration.—Every licensed marriage hall carrying on the letting of premises for marriages shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form V, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every order of maintenance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
