Intimation of change.—Every owner of land adjoining an embankment shall intimate to the District Registrar, in Form 2 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
