Intimation of change.—Every director shall intimate to the Government of Tamil Nadu, in Form PAS-3 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
