Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a reconnaissance permit dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the District Mineral Foundation in Form J, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every mining lease then held; and the District Mineral Foundation shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
