Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the insolvency professional shall apply to the Government of Goa in Form DIR-12 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Goa shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
