Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee of a family settlement who ceases to carry on the administration of a family settlement shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
