Intimation of change.—Every authorised representative shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form 3CD and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
