Application for registration.—Every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall make an application for registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form H, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every computer resource held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
