Surrender of certificate.—Every intermediary who ceases to carry on the hosting of third party information shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every consent held by him has been disposed of.
