Intimation of change.—Every intermediary shall intimate to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, in Form D and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
