Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the business of a travel agent shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of contracts held by him has been disposed of.
