Application for registration.—Every donor to a political party carrying on the making of donations to a political party shall make an application for registration to the Election Commission in Form 7, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every account of election expenses held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
