Surrender of certificate.—Every hawker of food who ceases to carry on the hawking of food shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every article of food held by him has been disposed of.
