Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hawker of food shall apply to the Adjudicating Officer in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Adjudicating Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
