Application for registration.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir carrying on fishing in a reservoir shall make an application for registration to the River Basin Authority in Form A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every canal held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
