Application for registration.—Every nidhi company carrying on the business of a nidhi shall make an application for registration to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
