Intimation of change.—Every nidhi company shall intimate to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
