Intimation of change.—Every endorser shall intimate to the Consumer Protection Council, in Form G and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Consumer Protection Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
