Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the banking company shall apply to the Registrar of Moneylenders in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Registrar of Moneylenders shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
