Surrender of certificate.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer who ceases to carry on the certification of aircraft maintenance shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-3 of the manner in which every air operator certificate held by him has been disposed of.
