Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any aircraft maintenance engineer dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Haryana in Form CA-5, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every log book then held; and the Government of Haryana shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
