Application for registration.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer carrying on the certification of aircraft maintenance shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form CA-8, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every aerodrome held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
