Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in antiquities who ceases to carry on dealing in antiquities shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register of antiquities held by him has been disposed of.
