Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the genetic counselling centre shall apply to the Drugs Controller in Form 25 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Drugs Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
