Authorised agent.—Any genetic counselling centre may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Drugs Controller in Form 21 the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
