Maintenance of premises.—Every genetic counselling centre shall keep the premises where the running of a genetic counselling centre is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every certificate of registration kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the running of a genetic counselling centre, and shall furnish to the Drugs Controller in Form 28, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
