Bye-law 13, National Medical Commission (Licensing of The running of a genetic counselling centre) Bye-laws, 2021 [S68-503]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form 41 not less than forty-five days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees; and the Drugs Controller shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the genetic counselling centre within twenty-one days of the renewal.
