Bye-law 8, National Medical Commission (Licensing of The running of a genetic counselling centre) Bye-laws, 2021 [S68-4VM]

Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the genetic counselling centre aggrieved by it in Form 20-B within thirty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of five thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
