Intimation of change.—Every genetic counselling centre shall intimate to the Drugs Controller, in Form 41 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Drugs Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
