Bye-law 2, National Medical Commission (Licensing of The running of a genetic counselling centre) Bye-laws, 2021 [S68-4N8]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "genetic counselling centre" means a person carrying on the running of a genetic counselling centre; (c) "sample" means a sample received, held or disposed of by a genetic counselling centre in the course of the running of a genetic counselling centre; (d) "Form 29" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
