Application for registration.—Every registered medical practitioner carrying on the practice of medicine shall make an application for registration to the Drugs Controller in Form 20-B, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every establishment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
