Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the tenant of waqf property shall apply to the Endowments Tribunal in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Endowments Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
