Application for registration.—Every producer of films carrying on the production of films shall make an application for registration to the Press Registrar in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every film held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
