Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a protected monument shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
