Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Universal Service Obligation Fund by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form E; and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
