Safe custody.—Every amateur radio operator shall keep every network to which these bye-laws apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of an amateur radio station is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every network so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Universal Service Obligation Fund within sixty days of the close of each year.
