Periodical return.—Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish to the Board of Revenue, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form 1 of every record of rights received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
