Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a high-rise building shall apply to the State Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the State Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
