Surrender of certificate.—Every courier service provider who ceases to carry on the carriage of documents and parcels shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every agreement held by him has been disposed of.
