Application for registration.—Every court receiver carrying on the management of property in the custody of the court shall make an application for registration to the Registrar General in Form C, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every summons held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
