Application for registration.—Every contractor carrying on the supply of contract labour shall make an application for registration to the Chief Inspector in Form I, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
