Surrender of certificate.—Every street vendor who ceases to carry on street vending shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Planning Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register of properties held by him has been disposed of.
