Periodical return.—Every person converting agricultural land carrying on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use shall furnish to the Sub-Divisional Officer, within ninety days of the close of each year, a return in Form 14 of every survey number received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
