Regulation of the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use.—No person converting agricultural land shall carry on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use except under and in accordance with a licence granted by the Sub-Divisional Officer under this Order, and every such licence shall be in Form 1.
