Intimation of change.—Every broadcaster of election advertisements shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 8 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
