Intimation of change.—Every operator of a rural water supply scheme shall intimate to the Panchayat Samiti, in Form 6 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Panchayat Samiti shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
