Application for registration.—Every recovery agent carrying on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall make an application for registration to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every advance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
